<lb ed="T" n="0035a14"/><span class="tx">此戒。世尊成道十二年後。初立此戒。閻浮</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0035a16"/><span class="tx">乎。至于滅後優波離尊者結集戒藏永傳</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a17"/><span class="tx">末代。後漢明帝永平七年。摩騰･法蘭來至震</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a18"/><span class="tx">旦初通佛法。然未及受戒之方法。曹魏之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a19"/><span class="tx">間。中天竺沙門法時尊者。譯出僧祇戒心於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a20"/><span class="tx">洛陽以被時機。請梵僧出羯磨。依法正</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a21"/><span class="tx">部初於支那行受戒之法。自是以來晋宋</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a22"/><span class="tx">齊梁陳隋之間。戒脈無絶。至于唐南山大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a23"/><span class="tx">師丕<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>耀戒光。譬如日輪麗中天照大千。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a24"/><span class="tx">本朝天平勝寶六年。我祖大唐龍興寺鑑眞</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a25"/><span class="tx">大和上。來於此靈地。建大伽藍築成戒壇。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a26"/><span class="tx">初傳戒法。實日本傳律之祖也。和上曾於當</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a27"/><span class="tx">寺嘗地味曰。是吉壤也。與清官戒壇地味</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a28"/><span class="tx">不<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>異。相傳<span style="font-size:8">シ</span>此戒壇者以三國之土而築成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035a29"/><span class="tx">之。所謂印度那蘭陀寺。眞丹清官寺。及此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b01"/><span class="tx">處之土也。於是天子親登壇上受菩薩戒。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b02"/><span class="tx">且詔天下。凡出家者。先入當寺登壇受戒。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b03"/><span class="tx">學毘尼藏而後學<span style="font-size:8">スヘシト</span>自宗。其後歴年久之。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b04"/><span class="tx">戒法陵夷。爰有大悲菩薩諱覺盛。粹然而出。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b05"/><span class="tx">戒法一新。山川改色。實當寺中興之祖也。蓋</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b06"/><span class="tx">戒有二種。所謂通受･別受也。通受戒許自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0035b07"/><span class="tx">誓用三聚淨戒之羯磨。別受制從他建白</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0038b21"/><span class="tx">丘犯不淨行行婬欲法。乃至共畜生。彼非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b22"/><span class="tx">沙門非釋子。爾時世尊爲說譬喩。獨如有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b23"/><span class="tx">人截其頭終不還活。比丘亦復如是。犯波</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b24"/><span class="tx">羅夷已。還不成比丘行。汝等此中盡形壽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b25"/><span class="tx">不得作。能持否　答云。能持</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b26"/><span class="tx">二一切不得盜下至草葉。若比丘盜人五</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b27"/><span class="tx">錢若過五錢。若自取敎人取。若自破敎人</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b28"/><span class="tx">破。若自斫敎人斫。若燒若埋若壞色者。彼</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038b29"/><span class="tx">非沙門非釋子。譬如斷多羅樹心終不復</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0038c01"/><span class="tx">更生長。比丘犯波羅夷法亦如是。終不還</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0038c06"/><span class="tx">與人<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>非藥。若墮人胎厭禱呪詛殺。自作方</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0039a16"/><span class="tx">受敎法。應當勸生作福治塔供養佛法僧。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0039a18"/><span class="tx">應學問誦經勤求方便。於佛法中得須陀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0039a19"/><span class="tx">洹果･斯陀含果･阿那含果･阿羅漢果。汝等始</span>
